On 01.03.2018 the new Call Center of "NSYS" LTD in the city of Sofia became operational. With this step, we aim to make it easier for our Customers and Partners and to improve service and shorten response times. Last but not least, we will be ready for the new changes in VAT and Ordinance H-18, and in this way we will protect our customers, through the system for the traceability of repair activities under ESFM and measuring devices.
